Kaleb Gilliland
Director of Technology at Pro Athlete
Kaleb Gilliland is the Director of Technology at Pro Athlete, where he leads the company’s in-house Development and IT Operations teams. Raised in Ludlow, Missouri, Kaleb’s journey from small-town roots to tech leadership is marked by a unique blend of sports and innovation. He played college baseball and attended the University of Missouri, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.
Kaleb began his career as a Sports Director with the YMCA, later pivoting to technology when he joined Pro Athlete as a Desktop Support Engineer. He quickly rose through the ranks to become Technical Project Manager, then IT Manager, to his current role as Director of Technology. His passion for e-commerce and operational excellence has helped drive the company’s growth and digital transformation.
Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys coaching youth sports, hunting, fishing, and performing stand-up comedy. He lives with his wife Becca and their two children.
Mary Lanham
COO of Lanham Associates, Managing Partner of Absolute Value, and Partner in Lanham Services, LLC.
A seasoned technology executive with a decades-long career leading high-performing sales teams at Fortune 500 companies, forging strategic alliances, and driving operational excellence, Mary now serves as COO at Lanham, where she brings deep expertise and vision to fuel the company’s continued growth. As a long-time supporter of the Business Central/NAV/ Navision partner community, together with her partner, Dale Lanham, she organized and launched the first Directions conference, running it from 2005 through 2010. Mary has also received numerous Women in Technology awards from the Atlanta chapter. In 2023, she and Dale were recognized by the Business Central community for their long-time contributions, and given the coveted Legends Award.
