Cliff brings extensive experience in operations, manufacturing, and business process management. A longtime leader in the Microsoft Dynamics community, Cliff has served as a NAVUG Louisiana Chapter Leader and Program Committee member for more than eight years, demonstrating a strong commitment to knowledge sharing and peer engagement. He is passionate about connecting people, sharing practical insights, and helping organizations leverage technology to drive operational excellence and business value.
Charlotte Kinney
Director of IT, Food Import Group
Charlotte Kinney is the Director of IT at Food Import Group (Rema Foods), where she leads ERP strategy, EDI operations, and digital transformation initiatives. With more than 25 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics and EDI solutions, Charlotte previously spent nearly 14 years at Lanham as a Senior EDI Specialist and worked as a Dynamics NAV consultant with Tectura. Her unique experience on both the vendor and customer sides provides valuable insight into ERP modernization and EDI best practices. She will share Food Import Group's journey from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central and the lessons learned along the way.
Charles Ruark
VP of Business Systems, The Lumistella Company
With more than 20 years of experience in business systems and technology, Charles is VP of Business Systems at The Lumistella Company (Elf on the Shelf), where he has spent over 13 years aligning technology, data, and process improvement with business strategy. His expertise spans Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, APIs, systems integration, automation, e-commerce, and custom application development. He's passionate about simplifying complexity, eliminating manual work, and building scalable solutions that turn data and technology into measurable business value. Previously, he served as CIO at Boxercraft, leading enterprise systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, analytics, infrastructure, security, and business process improvement.

Kelly Jackson is a seasoned ERP consultant with 25 years of experience in solution architecture, implementations, project management, and pre-sales engineering. Before joining Lanham Associates, Kelly managed projects at Feeding America and Simms Fishing Products, where she helped optimize business processes and system integrations. Her experience across a range of industries enables her to provide strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs. Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and economics from Cleveland State University and a degree in bank operations and technology from Vanderbilt University.
