This policy assures that you have an expert working on your team to assist and guide you.
Demand Planning users receive training as part of their packaged implementation service enabling them to learn by using their own inventory data. Specially-skilled consultants are then available to them via phone or email for ongoing unlimited Gold Support. It is billed at a flat monthly fee, with a 12-month minimum commitment.
Every spring we also hold the Forecasting & Replenishment Forum – a three-day seminar focused on improving inventory management for end users who are interested in taking their forecasting and replenishment systems to the next level.
