    EDI Support Specialist

    Job Description:

    We're expanding our EDI Support Team and are seeking a knowledgeable individual to play a crucial role, as an EDI Support Specialist, engaging with partners and their customers in problem resolution with Lanham EDI and associated activities.

    The best candidate for the Lanham EDI Support Specialist has an understanding of the Lanham EDI solution, and familiarity with EDI mapping, and operations. They will be comfortable working under pressure and remaining calm in their interactions with others.

    Candidates should have familiarity with EDI VAN setup and operations, as well as AS2 and other direct communications protocols, and associated certificate requirements.

    Having used the Lanham products is a true advantage in this position.

    The EDI support specialist should have strong communications skills, particularly in the area of listening, and being able to restate the partner’s or customer’s needs for validation. Internal communications within the EDI team and broader Lanham team are also very important.

    Responsibilities include:

    • First line of support for partners and their customers using Lanham EDI and the BOL/ASN portions of E-Ship.
    • Enabling the Lanham VAN for customers.
    • Installing Lexicom AS2 direct communications for the VAN and/or direct communications.
    • Setting up and renewing AS2 certificates.
    • Providing Training Office Hours for partners using our On-Demand EDI education.
    • Convey customer and market feedback to the Lanham EDI Product Manager to provide potential future product enhancements.
    • Potentially assist with sales discovery calls and/or product demos with prospects and customers.

    Requirements:

    • A results-driven mindset with 2-4 years experience in business or sales development, preferably in enterprise software or cloud solutions.
    • Background in supply chain, inventory management, or ERP sales support is desirable.
    • Excellent communication skills, including presentation, demo, and follow up activities.
    • Experience with distribution, manufacturing, or retail supplier companies is a plus.
    • Candidates should demonstrate persistence and enthusiasm for sales support activities, and thrive in a collaborative, high-energy team environment.

    Job Description:

    Lanham Services is seeking a Warehouse Management Consultant. This position will provide implementation services to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central users, and will work directly with Partners and End Users to provide setup, training and documentation.

    Skills:

    • A Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic NAV WMS is required, and experience implementing WMS is helpful.
    • Knowledge of Business Central Warehousing an advantage.
    • Experience with Lanham’s ACE Warehousing solution is also an advantage
    • Ability to assist end customers with planning, designing and implementing their Lanham ACE Warehousing Solution.
    • Excellent communication skills -- ability to communicate effectively with boardroom level individuals as well as warehouse employees.
    • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
    • Comfortable working under pressure.
    • Creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Self-Starter with a broad business background.
    • Ability to independently and effectively manage time as well as work load.
    • Project Management Experience is required.

    Demand Planning Consultant

    Job Description:

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV consultant needed for position focused on Lanham’s Demand Planning solution. Consultant will specialize in inventory management to assist customers in stocking the correct inventory at the correct locations at the correct time via use of Lanham’s Demand Planning solution.

    Best candidates will have experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, and familiarity with ERP transactions. Knowledge of Jon Schreibfeder’s effective inventory management principles is a plus. Work in a distributor organization managing inventory levels or using Lanham Demand Planning is a definite advantage.

    Skills required include the ability to lead, while acting as part of a team, strong organizational and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with all types of people. Job entails up to 50% travel.
