    Graphic Design and Website Specialist

    Job Description:

    We’re looking for a graphic design specialist with experience in website management who can assist with developing visual design elements for marketing initiatives and help manage our day-to-day website operations.

    Graphic design expertise is paramount for this position as you’ll be designing elements for our websites, plus a full range of digital content assets and marketing collateral.

    We seek someone with at least two years of recent hands-on experience across graphic design and website design and management, ideally in a B2B setting. The candidate should also be familiar with the design/e-mail/CRM/marketing applications listed below. Exposure to the supply chain software industry is a plus.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Graphic Design – Demonstrate a mastery of design in graphic layouts, web banners, email headers, digital ads, print ads, and promotional materials across multi-media. Candidate should be able to bring top-quality design thinking to all phases of a project.
    • Website Management – Assist in monitoring and updating web content across three websites to improve SEO and ensure content is relevant, informative, and timely, and to evaluate the need for updates or changes to website structure and/or features. Liaise with web hosting companies and with external web developer for specific projects.
    • Web Optimization – Must have basic SEO understanding to drive organic search rankings and referral traffic. Regularly analyze website performance results and make recommendations for decisions across spend, targeting, email, web copy, landing pages, and other content.
    • E-Mail Nurture – Assist with email marketing execution, analysis, and list management.
    • Other Marketing Assignments & Special Projects – A variety of marketing related projects as needed.

    Skills:
    The skills for this position include:

    • Must be proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite; HTML; WordPress; and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator, and Dreamweaver)
    • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and Click Dimensions (or similar), Vimeo, and ProProfs is a plus
    • Understanding of common SEO principles
    • Google Data Analytics Certification or other digital marketing certifications a plus
    • Proactive self-starter who seizes opportunities and tackles projects head-on yet has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong team relationships
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
    • Flexibility to perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

    Sr. Product Developer

    Job Description:

    Lanham Associates is seeking a Senior Product Developer experienced in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV development. The position will provide the right person with an opportunity to create and drive product design and associated enhancements.

    The candidate must be technically creative and also have the ability to focus and drive development progress. The ideal candidate will enjoy the gratification of creating products, rather than modifications, and be responsible for a specific product development effort for a popular supply chain solution.

    As a Senior Product Developer, the candidate will interact with other Lanham developers and consultants to assess design needs for their product and its enhancements. Good communications skills and a positive attitude are required. A proven track record developing in Dynamics 365 Business Central/ NAV is a critical requirement. Lanham Supply Chain solution implementation and support experience is a major plus. Experience with the Business Central A/L language is a plus, but not required.

    Demand Planning Consultant

    Job Description:

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV consultant needed for position focused on Lanham’s Demand Planning solution. Consultant will specialize in inventory management to assist customers in stocking the correct inventory at the correct locations at the correct time via use of Lanham’s Demand Planning solution.

    Best candidates will have experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, and familiarity with ERP transactions. Knowledge of Jon Schreibfeder’s effective inventory management principles is a plus. Work in a distributor organization managing inventory levels or using Lanham Demand Planning is a definite advantage.

    Skills required include the ability to lead, while acting as part of a team, strong organizational and presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with all types of people. Job entails up to 50% travel.
