Lanham Services End User Training

Lanham Services offers a comprehensive virtual training program designed for both new and experienced users of Lanham E-Ship and EDI. This integrated course helps supply chain professionals strengthen their understanding of key workflows, apply best practices, and fully leverage the capabilities of their Lanham solutions.

E-Ship Fundamentals: The training begins with a deep dive into E-Ship, covering parcel and LTL shipments, carrier integrations, rate shopping, barcoding, parcel and pallet packing, payment options (COD, prepaid, third-party), manifesting, lot tracking, and compatibility with various WMS configurations. This foundational knowledge is essential for understanding how data flows through the system and supports downstream processes.

EDI Workflow Optimization: Building on the E-Ship foundation, the training continues with EDI workflows, including document flow, VAN vs. direct connections, job queue configuration, and key trading documents (816, 846, 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 820, 997, and more). Participants will learn exception management, automation strategies, handling manual order changes, packing rules, go-live planning, and how to avoid chargebacks.

Note: This training is delivered as a fully integrated program. The EDI module is architecturally dependent on E-Ship workflows, data structures, and configuration logic. To ensure continuity and system-level comprehension, participation in both components is required.

Courses Format and Pricing:

• Classes are delivered virtually, with access to recordings for future reference.
• Training is conducted on the latest version of Business Central.
• Participants should be familiar with Business Central order entry and processing prior to attending.
• Cost: $1800 per attendee, with a $200–$400 discount available for additional end-user participants from the same company.
• Includes a 2-hour one-on-one Q&A session with a Lanham-certified instructor.
