It even drew a record number of attendees.\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-317 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lanhamassoc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Focus-2016-Logo-NAVUG_350px-e1466703152729.png\" alt=\"Focus 2016 Logo NAVUG_350px\" width=\"200\" height=\"94\" \/><\/p>\n<p>For our part, we presented a session covering Inventory Management Best Practices for Manufacturing where we reviewed a range of approaches and tools that drive effectiveness and efficiency, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>collaborative planning with key customers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>evaluating historical demand<\/li>\n<li>branch replenishment<\/li>\n<li>time-phased expected inventory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;d like to learn more about this topic, drop us a line at <a href=\"mailto:education@lanhamassoc.com\">education@lanhamassoc.com<\/a>.
