\"\"UPS has deprecated their current Access Key authentication in favor of an OAuth 2.0 security model for all APIs, including E-Ship\u2019s Web Services. Beginning June 3, 2024, all integrations must utilize the OAuth 2.0 authentication model to continue to transact with UPS Web Services. Updates to Lanham\u2019s UPS integrations have been developed in response to this authentication change, and action must be taken by partners and\/or customers to implement this update.<\/p>\n

Note: Customers with On-Premises licenses must be current on their Lanham enhancements to qualify for this update. Please contact Lilian Leong (lilian@lanhamassoc.com) to verify customer enhancement status.<\/p>\n

Who needs this update?<\/p>\n

\u2022 All customers running E-Ship\u2019s UPS extension in D365 Business Central will have to update the UPS extension, and then complete a few quick steps to initiate the new authentication. Details here.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Customers running UPS in NAV, or BC 14 using traditional C\/AL code, who are using either SurePost or Ground with Freight Pricing (GFP), will need to import a .fob file containing a required code change. Once imported, they will then need to complete a few quick steps to initiate the new authentication. Details here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u2022 UPSlink customers (i.e. customers not running the BC extension) who are not using SurePost or Ground with Freight Pricing (GFP) will not require this update.<\/p>\n
