As we all gear up for 2021, we wanted to take a moment to wish all of our customers happy, healthy and relaxing holidays. We would also to inform our E-Ship customers of some carrier-related year-end updates.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve outlined the updates below. Your Lanham reseller or Lanham Services will be glad to assist you with updating your E-Ship rates. (We recommend you reach out as soon as possible to schedule any required assistance since many customers will be working on staying current on carrier rates.)<\/p>\n

2021 UPSlink Rates:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

UPS recently provided us with their new UPSlink rates, and they are now ready to be loaded into E-Ship. The 2021 UPSlink rate changes will go into effect on December 27, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Users must be current on their Lanham enhancements in order to be eligible for new UPSlink rate and associated routing code files.<\/p>\n

Effective January 10, 2021, customers using UPSlink will need a minor code change to accommodate a 2021 UPSlink “Additional Handling Charge,” which will be applied to any package that has a length (longest side of the package) plus girth [(2 x width) plus (2 x height)] that combined exceeds 105 inches. The code change has been provided to Lanham Reselling Partners.<\/p>\n

Customers using the new Lanham E-Ship UPS Extension<\/strong>\u00a0are using UPS Web Services, which automatically accesses the Shipping API and the Rating API. These customers do NOT<\/strong> need to update their rates, as they will be accessed automatically.<\/p>\n

Please contact your Lanham Reseller or Lanham Services for details. If your reseller is unavailable, please contact \u00a0Lanham Services<\/a> at 928-846-4909<\/a>\u00a0or help@lanhamservices.com<\/a>\u00a0 for a fixed fee quote to import the rates and make the change.<\/p>\n

Other Carriers:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0There\u2019s no need to worry about incorporating rate changes from FedEx. These rates are updated automatically in E-Ship since they are provided via web services.
