Announcing the Latest Updates for E-Ship and E-Receive in Business Central

We are pleased to announce the latest release of E-Ship and E-Receive for BC featuring new functionality, quality improvements, and additional published events. These enhancements are now available for all supported versions of the product running on Business Central versions 20 through 25. 

New Functionality: Enhanced Pack Line Scanning 

The Pack Line Scanning page has been further enhanced to improve usability and efficiency in the packing process. Packing status has always been visible in Pack Line Scanning, but with this update, we have introduced a Graphical Packing Status feature to provide a more visual and convenient way to monitor packing progress. 

Key Enhancements: 

• Interactive Packing Status Graph: Users can now activate a graphical representation of the packing process. 
• Multiple Graph Types: Available options include stacked column, standard column, stacked percent column, pie graph, and doughnut graph. 

• Dynamic Updates: The graph updates in real time, reflecting packed and remaining units for selected documents. 

• User-Controlled Display: The graph is disabled by default but can be activated via Actions/Page/View Graphical Packing Status. Users will be prompted with confirmation and graph type selection dialogs. 

• Clear Status Indicators: 
  • When no documents are entered, the graph remains blank with a waiting message. 
  • When documents are entered, the graph displays remaining units to pack. 
  • As packing progresses, the graph updates dynamically. 
  • Once all items are packed, the graph displays a “Fully Packed” status. 

Availability 

These updates are available immediately for Business Central versions 20 through 25.
