End User Support for Lanham’s Demand Planning Solution


Because of the specialization required for Demand Planning, Lanham Associates is the only entity approved to provide end user support for our Demand Planning customers.

Immediately following Demand Planning implementation, users qualify for Lanham’s Gold Support. Under this program, specially-skilled consultants are available via phone or email for unlimited support. Gold Support is billed at a flat monthly fee, with a 12-month minimum commitment.

Support is also available on an hourly basis.
